Alice is an AI-powered home assistant that tracks your systems, manages your warranties, and keeps your home running smoothly - all from one place.
Apps launching for iOS and Android. Be the first to know when we ship.
Features
Alice combines a private document vault, an AI assistant that knows your home, and intelligent maintenance reminders into a single platform built for homeowners.
Track every system, area, and component in your home - from roofing and HVAC to appliances and fixtures.
Get notified before filters need changing, inspections come due, or warranties expire. Alice keeps the calendar so you don't have to.
Store and organize warranties, receipts, manuals, and inspection records in a private, searchable document vault.
Ask questions in plain English. Alice draws on your documents and home profile to answer - not generic web search results.
Book an Alice Trainer to come configure the platform for your home - every change waits for your approval before it's applied.
Your data is scoped to your home alone. Queries run against your records, never anyone else's. Encrypted at rest and in transit.
How It Works
Alice meets you where you are - whether you want to set it up yourself or have a trainer help you get started.
Tell Alice about your property - type, size, age, and the systems you want to track. Takes about 5 minutes.
Drop in warranties, manuals, and inspection reports. Alice indexes them so you can search and ask questions later.
Alice surfaces maintenance reminders, warranty deadlines, and answers questions about your home based on what you've uploaded.
Book an Alice Trainer to visit your home and configure things in person. Every change requires your approval.
Frequently Asked
If you don't see your question here, drop us a line - we'll get back to you.
Alice is free to use for homeowners during our initial release. There are no subscription fees, no in-app purchases, and no paywalls on core features.
The only thing you pay for is an optional in-home Trainer visit, which has a clear, disclosed price you see before booking.
Your home data is scoped to your account alone. Queries are designed so they cannot pull information from another user's home. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train public AI models. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
An Alice Trainer is a person you can optionally book to come to your home and help configure Alice for your specific property. Trainers complete our proprietary training program before being approved for in-home visits.
During a visit, any data the trainer proposes (added documents, updated home info, etc.) waits in a pending queue for you to approve or reject - nothing is applied to your home data without your sign-off.
Not at all. Alice is designed to be fully self-serve. The Trainer service is a paid convenience for homeowners who'd rather have someone walk through setup with them in person.
No. Alice is a software assistant, not a licensed trade professional. Alice does not constitute an on-site engineering assessment, building code clearance, or formal estimate.
For any safety-critical decisions - structural, electrical, plumbing, gas - always verify with a qualified, on-site licensed professional.
Alice is launching on iOS and Android. Both apps are coming to the App Store and Google Play soon. Check back here or contact us to be notified when we ship.
Alice is currently designed for residential properties in the United States. International availability is on our roadmap but not part of the initial release.
Yes. You can delete your account from the app's settings at any time. Personal identifiers, transaction records, chat logs, and document indexes are removed from our active databases within 30 days. Encrypted backups are retained for up to 60 days before being overwritten.
About
Alice Home Intelligence helps homeowners organize and understand the systems that keep their homes running. By combining a private document vault with a context-aware AI assistant, Alice gives you a single place to track, ask, and remember everything about your home.
The Alice team built this platform because we kept seeing the same problem: homeowners overwhelmed by maintenance schedules, scattered warranties, and repair history buried in emails and forgotten binders. We built Alice to fix that - giving every homeowner a single, intelligent place to organize and understand their home.
We started Alice because we kept seeing the same problem on every job site: homeowners with binders of warranties they couldn't find, maintenance they'd forgotten about, and questions they didn't know who to ask. Alice is our answer.
