Every Alice account starts on the Free plan at no cost — you can add one property and send up to 10 AI chat messages per day. If you want to track more properties or use Alice more heavily, you can upgrade to Pro ($12/month, 3 properties) or Premium ($29/month, unlimited properties) directly from the app.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple (on iOS) or Google Play (on Android), and you can cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings.
Optional in-home Trainer visits are billed separately based on scope — see the Terms of Service for details.
Your home data is scoped to your account alone. Queries are designed so they cannot pull information from another user's home. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train public AI models. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
An Alice Trainer is a person you can optionally book to come to your home and help configure Alice for your specific property. Trainers complete our proprietary training program before being approved for in-home visits.
During a visit, any data the trainer proposes (added documents, updated home info, etc.) waits in a pending queue for you to approve or reject — nothing is applied to your home data without your sign-off.
Not at all. Alice is designed to be fully self-serve. The Trainer service is a paid convenience for homeowners who'd rather have someone walk through setup with them in person.
No. Alice is a software assistant, not a licensed trade professional. Alice itself does not constitute an on-site engineering assessment, building code clearance, or formal estimate.
For any safety-critical decisions — structural, electrical, plumbing, gas — always verify with a qualified, on-site licensed professional.

Alice is currently designed for residential properties in the United States. International availability is on our roadmap but not part of the initial release.
Yes. You can delete your account from the app's settings at any time. Personal identifiers, transaction records, chat logs, and document indexes are removed from our active databases within 30 days. Encrypted backups are retained for up to 60 days before being overwritten.

We started Alice because we kept seeing the same problem on every job site: homeowners with binders of warranties they couldn't find, maintenance they'd forgotten about, and questions they didn't know who to ask. Alice is our answer.
